Win-It Wednesday: The Lindie Bag

Wednesday, 25 June 2008 21:41 by sara

This week I'm giving away the Lindie Bag, featuring a fun bird print (decorator weight) with a light blue cotton lining.  This bag contains my very first purse pocket.  Nothing fancy, but a pocket nonetheless.  You don't want to miss out on this fantastic giveaway. Seriously. More about this particular Lindie Bag, made from Craft Apple's free pattern, is here.

In related news, notice the snazzy new Win-It Wednesday button over there on the sidebar? Clicking that each week will take you straight to the current giveaway.  Not that you're here just for the free stuff, but just in case...

Leave a comment on this post before next Wednesday.  One lucky winner, chosen completely at random, will receive the Lindie Bag. Good Luck!

I absolutely love your blog. I pop by every other day or so to catch up on what you are up to. But I do have to admit that I am more of a lurker than commenter. I lover what you are creating and the bird fabric is absolutely gorgeous!

Found your blog from SMS's Create and Celebrate. That Lindie bag is really cute, thanks for the pattern link. I love the bird fabric that you used. We are really into birds around our house right now. My boys are having fun with our bird feeders and meeting our local inhabitants. Good luck making your grocery bags! They are definitely a must-have. I bought mine at Reusablebags.com, but making your own is even better! Check out the Acme bag there. It looks like a brown paper bag but it's some sort of canvas material. It's my favorite bag at the grocery store.

Wow, just found your blog. Cool. I have been wanting to make a grocery bag, now I have lots of inspiration. No excuses, those are cool. I'm headed for Walmart this week and might have to check out the cheapo fabric. Also planning to make a first aid bag--great idea!

Great site! I've been looking at all the bag options recently coming out on our military base wondering which would be the best to use; and reuse. I never even considered making my own. It may just be time to hit the clearance section at a couple of my favorite online fabric stores.

Really lovely material. I have quite a bit of 'recycled' curtains at home, so I should try to make one myself.

Love your blog.
